I’m a Senior Product Designer who loves turning messy problems into clear, human moments that feel good to use. My approach combines hands-on design with a love for facilitation, bringing people together to find that sweet spot where human needs and business goals actually work together 🫶.

Over the last decade I've worked across eCommerce, retail, logistics and emerging tech, for everyone from startups to enterprise teams. My toolkit spans UX, product, service design and CX, and I specialise in the complex, end-to-end stuff: making sense of ambiguity, connecting strategy to deliveries, and turning it all into something that actually moves the needle.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably planning my next adventure, bikepacking somewhere beautiful 🚴‍♀️, hiking a new trail 🥾, or soaking up anything nature-related ⛰️.
