Hi, I’m Alice — a senior experience designer obsessed with making complex problems feel simple. I’ve worked across eCommerce, retail, logistics and emerging tech (yes, even blockchain and chatbots), partnering with everyone from startups to enterprise teams.
I love workshops, collaborative problem-solving, and designing solutions that are thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely useful. I lead work from discovery to delivery, bringing clarity, structure, and positive energy along the way.
